For Ordering

We offer same day delivery for certain products from Tuesday to Sunday. Make sure to place your order by 12 NN. Pick up is also available from 9 AM to 5 PM.
You may still order for future dates (up to 3 months ahead).
You will receive a receipt with your order details and an order number. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive an email from us. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Add to the cart the gift item you want to send. Proceed to checkout. Enter the name and shipping address you wish to send the gift item to. Include personalized gift messages or instructions in the text box. The client is responsible to arrange for a gift item to be received by someone on the delivery date.
Yes, we accept orders by phone at 8244-8790/95 or email info@sweetsuccess.ph. The same payment and delivery process will be applied to place a phone or email order.
To purchase larger quantities than usual, you need to contact us to order. You may place an order by phone at 8244-8790/95 or email info@sweetsuccess.ph.
For payments
We accept bank deposit through BDO or online transfers, GCash and PayPal.
If bank deposit, Bancnet Online Website, or ATM Transfer was selected as your mode of payment, the items that you ordered will be reserved for 24 hours. You will receive an order receipt from our website and you will have 24 hours to transfer the payment.

Lactation treats info
They are baked goods full of essential nutrients to help nourish new moms. The brewer’s yeast, flax seed and oats in lactation treats are what specifically help with boosting milk supply.
By the way, there’s no actual breast milk in these treats, just ingredients known to increase breast milk supply.
Every woman is different, however the quicker you can start to boost your milk supply, the better. If you are concerned that your milk supply is actually insufficient, it is best to see a lactation consultant.
Having lactation treats on hand can be an easy way to nourish yourself. We recommend 2 servings a day to get you through your day. Enjoy a treat 1 hour before breastfeeding or pumping for optimal effect. And we know how it can be exhausting sometimes, you can help yourself to one more.
Many women see a difference within 2 days with the daily serving of the lactation treats. We suggest to give it a week to fully see the results. Result may vary for each mommy as each body react differently.

For customized orders
Kindly fill out the form at “Customized Orders”. You can also call us at 8244-8790 or 8244-8795 from Mondays to Saturdays. We are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Alternatively, you can send us an email at sweet_success888@yahoo.com or send us a personal message via Facebook.
The lead time is four (4) weeks. This applies to orders that require conceptualization of designs – cookies, cupcakes, cakes and dessert table.
We do consultations by appointment only. The best days for appointments are from Tuesday to Thursday.
Since we are a home-based business, we will not be able to arrange for one but we will gladly accept your orders with the minimum required number.
We collect a PhP 800 rental fee and a PhP 2,500 deposit. The latter is refundable. Any rented item must be returned in good condition no later than two (2) days after the event. In the event that the item cannot be returned
For Cake designs
Yes, we do. To get you started with your concept, we are offering the following options so we can begin designing the cake of your choice:
- Option 1. If you have chosen a design from our gallery, please inform us so we can give you a quotation.
- Option 2. If you have an available peg of the design you have in mind,
When designing a cake, we consider the party theme, personality and hobbies of the celebrant. It is also useful to provide us references such as photographs or a copy of the invitation.
Please inform us and we will try our best to work around it. Your working budget gives us an idea of what cake design we can offer you. We’ll be able to create a cake that suits your theme and at the same time meet your working budget.
Yes, you can, however, any change made less than two (2) weeks prior to the event date cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there may be corresponding changes in costs as well.
For Payments and Delivery
A deposit of 50% of the total order price is due upon signing of the contract, of which the amount is non-refundable and non-transferable. Contract signing will be a month before the event. The remaining balance will be due a week before the event and will be paid in cash.
Full payment is required if the order has less than a week of lead time, of which the amount is non-refundable and non-transferable
In the event of a cancellation thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date, a 50% refund will be granted. If the notice is made two (2) weeks prior to the event date, the full payment and deposit will not be refunded. However, any non-refundable balance may be credited to your next order.
Yes, we deliver within Metro Manila. The fee is computed based on the location.

storage and handling
For those picking up their orders, we recommend that you place the items on a level surface. Should you be placing these on the car seat, kindly place stacked newspapers or magazines underneath to level the area. We do not suggest putting the cakes and cupcakes inside the car trunk as the heat will affect the quality and will also melt the icing.
No, you should not. Storing a fondant covered cake inside the refrigerator will moisten the fondant. Placing the cake or cupcakes in a room temperature area with no direct sunlight will do. After your event, you may refrigerate to lengthen the shelf life.
For classes inquiries
Unless a class is classified as an intermediate class, students without prior knowledge are welcome to join the class.
There is generally no age limit to attend a class. Young or old, we encourage students who are interested to learn the offered lesson to join. We have summer classes specially-geared for kids age 5 to 8 and juniors age 9 to 15. We also have Mommy & Me classes to promote bonding time between parents and their children.
To offer an interesting variety of class throughout the year, we often repeat a particular class quarterly. Moreover, we try to maintain a good mix of classes every month so it will always include a baking, cooking and cake decorating class.
Yes, we can arrange a private class for your or your group. You may contact us through www.sweetsuccess.ph/contact-us to schedule.
Classes may be canceled or re-scheduled if the minimum required number of students is not attained. In the event that a class is canceled, payment will be credited towards an alternate class.
