When the ‘ber’ season rolls around, Christmas is already in the air for Pinoys everywhere.
The four months leading up to the 25th of December is filled with much cheer, but perhaps one of the most-awaited joyful events is the Noche Buena.
Last year, multi-awarded news magazine program Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, fondly known as KMJS, featured Sweet Success’ very own take on the Chicken Galantina for their Noche Buena Espesyal segment.
“Kulang ang pasko kapag walang Galantina kasi it invokes happy memories of Christmas from your childhood,” shares co-founder Zeny Tong. A true testament of time, the recipe has been part of the Tong household’s Christmas Eve celebrations since the ‘80s. The special recipe has since been handed down to Zeny’s daughter and half of the Sweet Success dynamic duo, Marjorie Tong-Ko.
Crafted with love, the Chicken Relleno is meticulously deboned and stuffed with only premium ingredients, an ideal addition to a Noche Buena worth remembering for a lifetime.
