FAQ: ONLINE ORDERING
To place an order, click on BUY ME on selected item(s) you are ordering. You may CONTINUE SHOPPING or PROCEED TO CHECKOUT after adding an item to your basket.
If you have not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in or to register an account.
You will confirm your contact information, pick up / delivery information, add payment to the order to complete the process. You will have a chance to review your order before submission.
We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. Information are encrypted using internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
Ordering lead time is three (3) working days. You may still order for future dates (up to 3 months ahead).
Click the “Cart” icon to view what’s in your basket. To add items, you may go back to the Bestseller tab and click on BUY ME on selected item(s) you are ordering. You may also change quantities of each item by typing the order quantity. To remove an item, click the “x” or REMOVE directly below the item you wish to delete. Update your cart with the UPDATE link to check your basket after the changes.
Once we have received the order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check your spam and junk folders if you did not receive an email from us. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account and go to My Account.
Add to cart the gift item you want to send. Proceed to checkout. Once logged in your account, enter the name and shipping address you wish to send the gift item to. Include personalized gift message or instructions in the text box. The client is responsible to arrange for gift item to be received by someone on the delivery date.
Yes, we accept orders by phone 8244-8790 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Same payment and delivery process will be applied to place a phone or email order.
To purchase larger quantities than usual, you need to contact us to order. You may place an order by phone 8244-8790 or email email@example.com
Click on the “Login” button, click “Forgot Password” then enter your email and click “Reset My Password.” The system will send an email with instructions for resetting the password to the registered email address.
We accept bank deposit or online transfers, GCash and PayPal.
If bank deposit, Bancnet Online Website or ATM Transfer was selected as your mode of payment, the items that you ordered will be reserved for 24 hours. We will send you a separate email with bank account information. You will have 24 hours to transfer the payment and complete the transaction. If you need more time, please just let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery will be made once deposit is confirmed.
To use GCash as mode of payment, select “GCash” in the Payment section. Use mobile number 0906-4957907 to send the payment. The items that you ordered will be reserved for 24 hours. You will have 24 hours to transfer the payment and complete the transaction. If you need more time, please just let us know by emailing us at email@example.com. Delivery will be made once payment is confirmed.
Select PayPal in the Payment section. It will automatically direct you the the PayPal checkout page. Once you have logged in to your account, check the amount and select your fund source. Once PayPal transaction is complete, it also confirms your Sweet Success order. You will receive your PayPal receipt and confirmation email from us.
Shipping and Delivery
We use Lalamove for Metro Manila deliveries. Ordering lead time is three (3) working days.
A flat rate of Php 150 is charged per order, however there will be a delivery surcharge for bulk orders. For bulk orders, kindly place orders by phone or email.
There is no minimum to deliver.
Coverage areas are BGC, Makati, Mandaluyong, Manila, Parañaque, Pasay, Quezon City and San Juan. For cities outside serviced areas, kindly contact us by phone 8244-8790 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once a delivery has been dispatched, we will be updating you through email regarding delivery. No definite time regarding delivery. The client is responsible to arrange for ordered item to be received by someone on the delivery date.
An order may still be picked up from our studio at Binondo, Manila. Pick up hours are from 9AM - 6PM. When ordering online, kindly use Sweet Success address as your Shipping Information and note for pick up. 2B, 960 G.Masangkay Street, Binondo, Manila
