- Class Objectives:

  • Familiarize and work with different herbs and spices from different countries.
  • Control the usage and intake of sugar, sodium and other unnecessary additives / preservatives.
  • Achieve balance meals by incorporating sweet, salty, bitter, spicy and other sour ingredients.  Also, by proper portion of carbohydrates, protein and fat.
